Quotes and Orders
How long does it take to receive a quotation?
All our quotations are calculated by our label experts specifically for you and your needs. As such, it can typically take a few hours to produce your custom quotation.
Can you explain my quotation?
What is a Pro-Forma Invoice?
A Pro-Forma Invoice is where you pay for labels before we produce them. It is company policy for all new customers to pay a pro-forma invoice for their first order.
Do you offer any trade services?
Can I specify how my labels will be presented?
We'll always select the cheapest presentation option when providing a quotation, but you can also select from a range of other forms of presentation. See more with our guide to presentation possibilities (PDF).
What file format should I send artwork in?
Our artwork team would love to receive vector artwork in a .pdf or .ai format. We can accept some artwork in an image format for Flexographic and Digital orders.
Can you create my artwork?
We often help out customers by producing basic designs and layouts for labels, which we're happy to do free of charge in most cases. Click here to learn more about what types of artwork we accept, from sketches to diagrams and print ready files (PDF).
Do you have artwork guideline documents?
Yes, we have a range of guidelines which are designed to help inform anyone no matter their experience with providing artwork. All of our guides are available on our main guidelines page.
When are artwork proofs made for orders?
We always send a PDF artwork proof for your approval prior to the production of labels with any new or amended artwork. If you need any amendments just let us know - we'll keep sending proofs until you approve the design.
How long does it take to receive a proof?
Our artwork team aim to produce proofs on a same day basis after your order details have been confirmed. If your order has lots of different variations or needs lots of adjustments it may take a bit longer.
Production and Delivery
How long will it take for me to receive my labels?
Once we've received your order and any artwork has been approved, we will typically despatch your order within 5 working days. All orders are despatched with next day delivery as standard.
Do you offer services for trade customers?
We offer a range of features for trade customers, such as plain address labels and advice notes, or can even use your provided materials.
What delivery options are there?
Our standard option for delivery is next day with our carrier DPD Local. You can ask for timed deliveries to arrive before certain points in the day.
Why haven't my labels arrived yet?
If you have any questions regarding the status of your order and delivery, please get in touch and our team will be happy to help. It will help us if you have your purchase order number, or our job reference, to hand.
What steps do you take to help protect the environment?
